What makes a teacher great?
Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)!
The value of the production line can be quantified based on the value and demand of the product created.
In simple terms, if a teacher creates great students then the teacher is great.
But we also know that the effect (students) cannot be bigger/greater than the cause (teachers).
One of the greatest physicists of all time, Richard P Feynman, once said that if you want to learn something i.e. want to become a good student then try and teach it to someone.
The world is round!
