The volunteers: give them entry, do not allocate seats, and make them feel great. Free labour, and make profit on them.

Ones taken for granted: This lot will always support you whether space is allocated to them or not. It’s too crowded in the hall anyways, so tell them to watch from home on the big HD TV with a hot chocolate and in their own cosy sofa.
